HP Hardware Warranty Policy
HP devices are covered under a 3-year warranty. For HP POS systems, technical issues will primarily be handled by HP technicians, who provide on-site support. The owner must first contact HP support to diagnose the issue. If a replacement part is needed, HP will arrange to install it. In cases where a required part is on backorder, the client will be asked to return the device to Modisoft. A replacement device will be provided promptly. Once the necessary part becomes available, HP technicians will visit the client’s location to repair the original device.
