Modisoft Breaks Ground on New Sugar Land Headquarters

Modisoft is proud to announce the groundbreaking of its new, purpose-built headquarters at 6932 Brisbane Court, Sugar Land, Texas. This four-story, 40,500 square foot facility is slated for completion in October 2024 and reflects our long-term commitment to innovation, team collaboration, and community engagement.
When complete, the new building will house Modisoft’s core operations on its top two floors, featuring open workspaces, collaborative zones, and an employee lounge on the fourth floor. The first and second floors will be available for lease to local businesses such as real estate, legal, insurance, or professional services, further anchoring us in the vibrant Sugar Land business corridor.
A Strategic Next Step in Our Journey
From its founding in San Antonio in 2006 to its relocation to Sugar Land in 2016, Modisoft has continuously evolved to meet the dynamic needs of the retail and restaurant industries. Our platform supports critical operations including point-of-sale, tips management, inventory oversight, payment processing, and customer engagement.
Our new headquarters marks a deliberate pivot toward greater synergy, fostering proximity, creativity, and deeper connection between our people, product innovation, and mission.
